Teknoartum's main objective is to raise discussion on the use and exploration of tekno as artform -as well as all relevant topics- and furthermore to stimulate people to think of the message tekno needs to prosper and to help maybe in keeping this message alive and fresh. Art -according to us- is a creative way to express and spread ideas. Tekno can be one way to do this. Art should be de-mystified and de-regulated from it's useless reputation as a luxury item for the privileged, which helps nobody. No restrictions should be accepted. Any topic should be tackled. Any materials should be used. Art is for us all. As contemporary artists, we are morally obliged to use every medium possible for the communication of ideas: music, t-shirts, stickers, posters, videos, books, documents, performances, the internet and artworks of any kind.

Teknoartum shall also be the outlet of Knakk and Acid Scar Records.
